Unable to find rental

Dave Aask
Posted

Why am i having hard time finding a clean updated house/apt for rent under 1k in Kansas City area? i was looking for 2bed/1.5bath. I am having hard time finding a place searching zillow and craigslist posts. Is there a site i can use to find what property managers have open? Because most of them dont post to zillow etc..instead they post openings to their management websites. I am getting frustrated here with places asking +900 for 'old charm' old building bulls*t...these days they dont even update the kitchen when they ask +700..wth.

Replied

Most rentals in KC are not listed in MLS, although they might be Downtown and Westport.

Avoid Craigslist

The bigger time managers do post on Zillow

There are a bunch of for sale / for rent in city groups on Facebook - you might have luck there.
