What Do Investors Expect From Realtors

Hello investors of BiggerPockets! I have a quick question. As real estate investors, what do you expect from realtors like me in buying/selling a property? What about their conduct? What values make certain realtors attractive over others?

An actual understanding of the investing side of RE. Undertaking all of the costs associated with the investing side, rent, PM, etc. The handful of realtors I have spoken to are completely clueless and are really only interested in closing a deal, regardless of whether it's a good deal or not. I had one tell me not to worry about the numbers are you can make money when you sell.. Lol
