The point here is because the standard real estate contract is so widely used in the industry it makes it a widely excepted contract to facilitate real estate transactions.

They can provide invaluable support and facilitate the financing of future purchases. 

In addition to communicating with your tenants, you should also consider using technology to facilitate communication.

I'm lucky where I currently live in that we have FIVE nearby Army and AF installations that facilitate the need for renters in addition to those that find Colorado a place to call upon retirement. 

Any residential RE agent should be able to facilitate the sale. 

I'd get on your agent BIG TIME, and if they just want to be a facilitator ok, but only getting a facilitators commission and I'd demand amendment to reflect. 

For example, both parties bring the cash, one brings the cash and the other facilitates the deal, maybe one brings cash and the other renovates/pays for the renovation.

A title co has never 'laughed at me' because they are there just to facilitate my assignment.
