I look at bank loans like I do airline tickets:  I go on Kayak/LendingTree/etc. type comparison site and go with the cheapest available. 

I would do a shorter term lease, until June 1st,to get you though winter and into easy-to-rent season.They have a month and sound like they are in a position to afford airline tickets. 

Think of hotel occupancy, or airline seats.

Airlines have cancelled 85% of their flights.

The other 30% are a mix from Marriott Homes and Villas, JetBlue/Allegiant Airlines, Google Vacation Rentals, Booking.com, out direct booking sites etc. 

The lady who hired me told me I was not going to stay in Miami much longer than another year, and she's right, but she said it's no problem to transfer to another location, and there are several in Florida I work with an airline, so I am in and out of the airport constantly.

Matthew, I would also add that you may want to speak with the doctor if you can, make sure the " documents" are not from the internet and some doctor in another country or state, i have seen articles where people are getting these letters from online claiming they are emotional support animals, next your place be like United Airlines, allowing any pet to be there.
