The painters are starting Monday and  my carpet supplier is scheduled to measure the rooms and put me on his schedule for Installation.Cheers 

I want to hire out each sub like flooring people, painters, plumbing etc. but who do I hire to do the kitchen and bathroom renovations/updates/repairs? 

I am a terrible painter, a worthless plumber, a horrible flooring installer and pretty much not handy at all.

You don't need to be the plumber and landscaper and painter and electrician etc.

You can do it yourself or hire a painter.

I have covered painting in my lease as requiring written permission and the work must be done by a professional painter approved by the LL.

My painter in Georgia threw out all the blinds in my property, 15 of 17 blinds in total, when he painted the interior.

The painter had their insurance agency send over proof of insurance, it says that he has a 2 mill general liability policy, 1 mill individual limit.

The pros are that they take care of the exterior, so you don't have to hire gardeners, roofers, painters, etc.
