Young people may beat me on facebook, Instagram, or Twitter but that's primarily because they're staring at it all day and failing to engage with people face-to-face.

Besides the BP forums, how can the major social media sites such as instagram, facebook, twitter, linkedin etc... be of use to a real estate professional or real estate investor?

However, I just read on Instagram from this real estate investor that he recommends putting no less than 20% down on any property and does not recommend an FHA because of PMI and if the market goes down it will be hard to get cash flow so now I am having second thoughts on an FHA.

@Ola Dantis My coworker was complaining about her middle school-aged daughter, step-daughter, and some brawl that had started between them and their friends on Instagram or some other app.

I also recommend Instagram, as each post usually has bite sized amounts of information to help you instead of being overwhelmed with information.  

Getting on the Instagram and the BP Forums...it's almost like you're starting to like this stuff now :-P
