Being new to Real Estate & Reverse Wholesaling

Me and my husband have been looking for different ways to set up passive income for our future. We've looked into things like stocks, drop shipping, amazon FBA etc. I stumbled upon BP through @investorgirlbritt on Instagram. We've been browsing the forums for a couple months now and religiously listening to the podcasts. We were ready to take action, and after reading Kent Cloither's Reverse Wholesaling: How to Work Backwards to Make Quick Cash in Real Estate... Without Money, Credit Or Experience, we've decided to move forward on a two day course with him. Does anyone have experience reverse wholesaling or with Kent Cloither himself? Any advice of any sort would be helpful!
