New to BP, not new to REI

Hi Bigger Pockets community! New to BP but not new to REI. My wife's been a member for years (@Lauren C.) and I finally decided it's not fair for her to have all the fun. I'm excited to connect with everyone and learn from your experiences.

My wife and I currently live in Central, NJ but invest in Camden County, NJ. We currently have three properties/four units and focus on small multi/single family homes that require significant renovations that we do ourselves.

Our goals are to create a cash flowing portfolio which will provide us with financial freedom.

We both have full time jobs and find time on nights, weekends and days off to work on our REI properties.
