That's... unheard of...

I see it happen with rental and my jaw drop but to hear it happening on a listing for sale is unheard of. 

I remember when one of my class mates parents sold there 20 acre apricot orchard for 1 mil.. that was early 70's  unheard of sum...

I rent in an apartment complex that was rated #1 in the whole state of Alabama, it is called The Collins, they are extremely selective, their occupancy rate is close to 100%, evictions are unheard of.

But... four to fives time individual lot value is not unheard of.

Even in an LLC, it’s not a unheard of for a suit to target the landlord personally.

Not unheard of a $300 non-refundable pet fee, but if you want to capture more revenue then maybe consider a $150-200 non-refundable fee and charge $15-20/month.

not entirely accurate I do rehabs in Newark all the time I always have at least 1 going on at any given time usually 2I only get a permit for plumbing and electric and that's only if I have to but that's just me,, either way I always do things up to code you do not need a permit for kitchen cabinets or new bathroom that's unheard of in Newark lol 50k on a 2 family sounds like a total rehab what are you getting it for? 

well that spread is just about un heard of in these days of flipping..
