Pet deposit $ per animal fee?

For those of you that allow dogs, but don’t charge an additional monthly fee, what is the $ amount of your pet deposit? If someone has 2 dogs, do you double it, or does one fee cover both?

Note the difference between a pet fee and a deposit.  Deposits are refundable.  As others have mentioned check what your submarket supports and do the same accordingly.  Not unheard of a $300 non-refundable pet fee, but if you want to capture more revenue then maybe consider a $150-200 non-refundable fee and charge $15-20/month.  If you do the math you'll come out ahead.
