Yucca Valley has started cracking down on their STR permits. They are now requiring non-local owners to redo their nuisance response plan and schedule a meeting with the admins before getting approved. Has anyone had the meetings yet with them?

We just closed on a house in Yucca Valley( Joshua Tree) and have been navigating the new regulations: it has been manageable. They recently had a meeting which was good for the future of the area. Be concerned more with a ban or a cap; any other new regulation can be adhered to and you can start your cashflow journey.
