Most of the time he is just clearing expenses.He got around the zoning issue through the ADA rules.But the headaches, non-pays, turnovers and general hassels just are not worth it.He and I have spend considerable time developing and executing a plan to get him out of this mess.

(Unfortunately, that statement now shows up as the thumbnail when people do a google search. ) When doing my research, I called a DA in my area, who made no attempt to convince me I should join, whereas in a pyramid, everyone always tries to get you to join, because that's the only way they make any money.
