Alternative lenders are popping up because of technology and automation. 

The technology so advanced with smart phones and iPads, I would think a video walk through would be most beneficial to you as investors because you would be able get the "feel" of the house and surrounding neighbors.

Starting off, (keep in mind, I just do lease options) I think my biggest struggles were:having the drive to "stick to it" despite not knowing what the hell I was doing.Being able to keep forging ahead even though sellers would ask me questions that I didn't have the answers to.Realizing that I had to "keep tweaking" until I figured out how to make the pieces fit for me.

They came from environments were they were exposed to just the right ideas, just the right technology, and just the right people at just the right time.

As an ex-coprorate technology guy, I wrote my first website myself.

Should we just show the forged signatures to the broker and tell him that we can sue him and put him in jail to avoid the lawsuits?

I understand the hiccups that occur on the technology side, when a site is growing like this one.

The technology centers of OR took a big hit around 2000.
