Greetings friends and supporters,

At around 7am PST Our web servers crashed!

After working for the past 14 hours, we've finally gotten everything up and running again! This has been both a horrible and a remarkable day at the same time.

It is never good when something goes wrong, but sometimes these things happen for a positive reason. I believe that is the case in this situation. BiggerPockets has become such a popular destination for real estate investors and others in the real estate field that we have simply been overworking our machines. Our site has been experiencing tremendous growth, and this growth has led to a difficult day. Lets call it growing pains.

That said, as we move forward, we will be upgrading our equipment to prevent this from happening again.

I want to express my deepest apologies for any inconvenience this crash may have caused for any of you, and hope we can count on your continued support as we move forward in the future.

Sincerely,

Joshua Dorkin
