New member from Colorado Springs

Hello All,

I am new to these forums and would like to introduce myself.

I am in my mid 30's and live in Colorado Springs.While I currently work in the Information Technology sector I have experience in both construction (10 years) and sales (7 years). I am a part owner in a local business and manage that company full time.

I do not have very much real estate experience but hope to have more soon. I have the goal of buying and flipping properties in Colorado Springs and eventually I would like to invest in rental property for a steady source of income.

I would like to buy my first house as early as this summer.
