The problem with Costa Rica and Puerto Rico is that it is already an established tourism destination for surfing and I want to hit the best up and coming location so I can grow my real estate investments.... some good examples of well established surf destinations that were not "popular" and "surf tourist destinations" a decade ago is Nosara, Costa Rica and Rincon, Puerto Rico...

I did do a little surfing in the internet and am surprised that this slip-resistant coating that has been required for more than 48 years is not mentioned.I also posted a picture of a bathtub at my office.

It's all texting, surfing and emailing.

We are currently working with one of these developments in San Juan del Sur, a Pacific coast beach community famous for it's surfing.

So far we've been doing a lot of surfing on sites like Zillow and Trulia, but have not come across anything particularly appealing.

The place is in great shape so I would just make it a cool destination with surf decor.

At home, I never have performance issues regardless of how many tabs I have open, but the difference is that I have an adblocker on my home computer.Which, I know, indicates that I probably ought not to be surfing BP at work.....
