Biggerpockets website is thrashing my CPU lately. May need to look into what scripts are using up memory/processes.

Think I found it.  One of the side ads was either some kind of gif or movie or something.  I had several tabs open (in Chrome) and having that gif run in several tabs at once just killed everything.  Once the ad changed over to a static one, performance increased.
