Hi all, I recently signed up for the biggerpockets membership after listening to a couple of podcasts and am really interested in learning more about RE investing.

I paid the annual $30 for the membership, but I THINK that was simply for meetup.com, and might have been totally useless.

A couple of days ago, I saw a blog post at BiggerPockets.com by coincidence and signed up the membership for curiosity - maybe because I haven't seen any Canada-based online forums designed for RE investors yet.

There were only a few people (less than 10) that paid a membership fee.  

Is there a framework in place to start doing this, or are the specifics held within a paywall of sorts (book, premium membership)?

(the BJ's business credit card is easy to get) You will need to enroll in BJs store membership online and pay their membership fee before calling them to apply for their business credit card.
