Hey everybody! I'm wanting to make the most of this membership. I'm 30 and have been flipping for 4 years now (average 2/year) while working a full time job. I have two rentals and closing on a third soon. I wouldn't mind trying some multi-family. Just wanting to leave the 9-5. I'm already a fan of Brandon's webinars and the BP podcasts and love the analysis tools. Anyone else investing in the area or looking to get started?
