We would like to build a couple of display homes in the US but before we approach any developers, we want to have some prior knowledge to enter the negotiations earnestly having done our homework.

Why buy a $200 electric heater when there is a $40 one displayed right next to it? 

I am new to REI and wondering what options I have to receive financing as an “under the table” employee of the cannabis industry on the west coast?

Hello Biggerpockets,I'm writing in hopes to get some feedback on acquiring financing for a 300,000 sq ft cannabis grow facility we are planning to construct in Northern California. 

I first saw this in Louisiana at the start of the year but now seems like Texas is doing it, however, Oklahoma and Arkansas still display the final price. 

The sheer size is impressive, but the list of amenities is really something (grab a snack; this will take a while) and includes: 42 bathrooms, 21 bedrooms, a 5,500-square-foot master suite, a 30-car garage with two car-display turntables, a mote, a 400-foot jogging track, 360-degree views of L.A., 26-foot ceilings, a four-lane bowling alley, a spa level, a movie theater, a 200-cap “philanthropy wing” for charity galas (with floating pods overlooking Los Angeles), a 10,000-square-foot sky deck with a putting green, FIVE swimming pools, a juice bar, a cigar lounge, a custom tequila bar, a hair salon, and a gallery with custom-curated artworks by Creative Art Partners.

I was posting on another thread here where 5 properties sold together as one sale on the auditor site, but Zillow was displaying the total for the 5 properties as a sale price for just one of them, confusing people. 

In 2017, Nipton made headlines when cannabis technology company American Green bought the town for $5 million with Freeman and Lang providing partial “owner financing.”

My long term goal is to have a diversified portfolio of sf and mf residential and commercial cannabis.
