@Lance WilsonRelatively easy fix for the floors, rent a small floor scrubber/buffer from Lowe’s, Home Depot, wherever, get some dawn dish detergent, and a little bit of water.

For example, I took the TN lease (where I am), which I thought was better than my lease, and just added the appropriate language for things I wanted covered that weren't in that lease - hardwood floors, satellite dishes, pet cleanup, etc.
