STR Service Reasonable?

We are preparing to open our first STR and as I was looking for a good cleaner I was approached by a couple that manage other STR's in the same area. They offer full service for 20% plus the cleaning fee since they will take care if that themselves. Is this reasonable for a property that might be bringing in $3,500 a month?
