With our limited baby knowledge, we have run the numbers through BG's Analyze Calcs and we believe we may have a winner, but we would really appreciate a "mentor" to come along side us for the first go around.

Alongside 5 other capable friends who are from my school and also in my general industry (think starting salaries in the 80-110k range with very high expenses due to our location), we are researching next steps in purchasing a rental property.  

I really would love to work alongside someone or have a mentor to help through the learning curves.

My father owns a co-op in Hollywood, Florida where I have funds and time invested along side him.That being said I'm good with my hands and I am not afraid to get dirty and put in the work needed to get jobs done.
