Are there specific features/styles of homes that perform really well in the area beyond the traditional log cabins?

All I hear about are these books and podcasts that try to "teach" people how to do this with no money. 

People are always wanting to share success stories or failures to help teach someone. 

The communities I've seen have had rural style asphalt roads and look pretty straightforward.

I don't think you can go wrong if you have the liquidity and the market is strong. don't forget that hotels are built in the middle of nowhere brand new and do fine. if you want me to look more closely at it send me a DM, this is ours right here that we proposed so you can see the style but it's 81 residential units, 45000 sq ft, 6000 sq ft of retail, no parking. on your assumptions, your occupancy rate looks high. pull some hospitality reports in the market and see what it is. your exit cap looks about right for what I've seen in hospitality.

My wife and I are remodeling a 1940s bungalow-style home in St Petersburg, and after several months of interior work, we need design help and drawings of the front exterior for our contractor to gain permits from the city and move forward with the project.The original front entrance of the home was covered with an addition built by previous owners, and we'd like to boost curb appeal and value by adding a driveway, front steps, a new door with sidelights, and an overhang jutting out from the gable with columns. 

I love direct sales but it seems to be door knocking for leads or sales is the proverbial  "needle in the haystack" style of marketing.

I’m gonna be teaching a national CLE seminar “continuing legal education” for attorneys on asset protection for the national academy of CLE.

All of these describe a type of ownership, and not a building style.
