Now with the student population reportedly down by 15% due to covid I've seen a lot of student rentals with signs out front that would have normally been rented over the summer or even prior to the end of the spring semester.

Jumping forward I was a first semester junior in college doing 7-hour observations in the trauma clinic at the local hospital twice a week while managing a loaded class schedule, doing undergraduate research 8 hours a week, working part time on the weekends, and living in a small 1-bedroom apartment off campus.

My church did Dave Ramsey FPU my last semester of Nursing School, so when I graduated, I had every intention to just pay down my debt as fast as I could.

I’ve been learning about real estate and I’ve wondered if I saved up money would it be reasonable for me to start investing in a duplex/triplex and house hack either next semester or next year at the start of the school year?

In that every semester, they're probably doing a new build for the students.

I am 21 years old heading into my last semester of college (thank god).

Still not sure if I made the best decision or not, but I had a great 1.5 years before COVID and will still hopefully have Fall 2021 semester to have fun.Luckily, I had no idea what I wanted to after college (and still don't), so I decided to major what I was best at in high school which was math and economics. 

Currently am working during my final internship but will not be as much when finishing school these last two semesters and can’t use my own money to invest right now as I need it for school and living expenses...
