I did a direct mailing right before the coronavirus outbreak.

The purpose of all this stimulus money is to pay the bills and keep the economy going, and rent is the most significant bill most tenants have to pay.Due to coronavirus situation, if someone chooses to not pay rent, you can kiss your rent goodbye for at least 5-6 months or more….

Anyone else having issues with tenants who you've recently found to be damaging the property or dealing with several noise complaints? How are you dealing with this? 

I want to add a clause in the lease to protect myself from any liabilities, basically stating that tenants understand the risk of living in the rental property in regards to the current pandemic and the spread of coronavirus.

One final question for those who still want to wait….Had you already been “waiting to invest” prior to Coronavirus...but for a different reason?

I checked in with the fourth one and he told me I couldn't make him move during this "Corona virus time." 

I don't see the Corona virus has slowed it down.

Self Storage has always been touted as recession-proof but data is showing people are spending -50% less on it since Coronavirus quarantining.

My sister lost her place due to the coronavirus and is staying at my apartment right now.
