So all the suppliers and subs are doing well Home Depot record years etc. the other side of the coin is the mom and pop rental investors  IE just starting or trying to grow their portfolio of cash flow assets.. right now from what I see there is zero slow down..

I don’t have the best selection or inventory, but will have the best prices.That being said, I am looking for insight/feedback on the idea of developers forming partnerships with a supplier to optimize costs for them and in return help a supplier business get started.

Instead, they spoke with a locker supplier who provided them a layout for both Class A interior units as well as new Class B units on the site. 

It's been discovered that the current tenant fabricated his lease to meet certain requirements with the fuel supplier as the lease we have is drastically different than the one his attorney sent us.At this point we can pursue this legally but the deal is compromised as the buyer is already asking for a reduction in price and who knows how long it will take and how much it will cost to get the tenant out.

Nobody wants to worry that a key supplier may be unstable. 

As mentioned my contractor has connections with suppliers of materials that would be higher end.
