Has COVID-19 tanked your investment strategies?
I came across this recent survey of real estate investors across the United States which shows that nearly all are in agreement that this pandemic hasn’t dissuaded them away from real estate investing. In fact, it’s actually encouraged a large number of newcomers to view this venture as a stable career and solid investment strategy.
I’m curious about how this has affected those of us in this group. Has the coronavirus affected your investment strategies in a positive or negative way?
