-Negative attitude towards tenants.  

These online schools based on students attitude and knowledge they do not turn people into licensed  Utah realtors.  

In either case, great reminder to maintain an attitude of gratefulness for them helping in this way - they've done similar things for my older brothers too so it's obvious they love us and want to leave us with a lasting legacy.

@Michael Conway I'm curious what is the city and SD county attitude towards STR in your area?  

Apprentice ( I know with the I want it all tomorrow attitude these days that's a foreign concept).. but those are two very good distinctions.Plus the license allows you to do some much more... for instance I am not really active in sales to the public.. but I got a really good referral .. client was 1031 out of vegas looking for 5 to 6 million replacement property..

Split between the lie down and die approach where the belief is when a tenant stops paying you give up and the alternate approach of file for collection but do not ever expect to see any money.I am so glad that neither of these attitudes are part of my business policies.
