If I don't have contact from the plaintiff atty by Wednesday I plan to seek my own atty.I have really strong tolerance for the unknown and DIY, so I'm not really that stressed, was just more annoyed \ irritated at it. 

They will give you more exit options (can sell to investors or homeowners), have less tenant drama (farther from neighbors to annoy, and farther from you), and should be less hassle (tenants are more likely to handle maintenance and lawn care with SFR's).  

It WILL annoy the heck out of you.

This is getting annoying this morning since I was trying to catch up on things and still need to keep my sound on the laptop for notification messages and such. 

It's just annoying.

They want all these docs, insurance info, business tax, business license, etc, proof of CO and fire alarms on each residential property even the apartment buldings out of state, recent loan bills, original loan docs, grant deeds etc I've done businesss and commercial loans where they ask for 1/3 of the amount of docs as this annoying mortgage company..

I too have had this happen to me and it's annoying.

My PM insists that costs were never mentioned and that no permission was given by her or our maint tech to bill me for anything... whole thing is just annoying.

As a seller I'd be annoyed by some hoighty toighty real estate shark (likely how he sees you) calling with another low ball offer when he and I know I'm in a tight spot.

I don't want to do it if it is going to be an annoyance.
