Hey everyone, my name is Devin, and I am getting ready to branch into a different side of real estate. I've been on the remodeling side of things for a little while, and can't wait till I can close my first deals on an investment property. 

From what I have been reading, many have started with a duplex, and rented one side out while living in the other. I was mainly looking into single family homes, but I'm not sold on anything yet. I'm looking forward to networking with anyone that's willing to talk, and exchange ideas and information!  Can't wait to hear from you all!
