Milwaukee area REOs

To all my fellow Milwaukee and Wisconsin investors, and everyone else in the BP community for that matter. First and foremost I am an investor, no exit strategy is off limits for me, however, wholesaling is our current primary strategy. I am also a licensed agent. I just recently moved my license from Shorewest over to an REO broker. My question for you, would you like for me to keep you all apprised of our inventory here on the message boards? Do Brandon and Josh frown on the posting of listed properties here on BP? I don't want to do it if it is going to be an annoyance. Let me know. Thanks and have a great day!

if you want to do that, I would recommend you first analyze the deals from an investor's perspective, and then stick to posting the potential good deals in the Marketplace forum (which requires a Pro membership). This is the best way to avoid having the posts removed and providing the best value to the other members.
