Calculating for investment goals and criteria is one thing, but overpaying for a property because you valued it incorrectly is never a good idea.I will say this, you learn a lot more breaking through road blocks than flipping pages...now to working on finding some one who knows what they're doing so that I don't blow all my money!

@Michinori Kaneko I agree with @Matt K. most of my friends easily afford $2,000/ month rent/mortgage payments but they also drive new cars every other year, buy new expensive clothes every time the wind blows, and go out to $200 dinners regularly.

The costs of concrete, site work, utilities, permits, licensed tradespeople, heating systems, button-up, garages/decks, etc will blow you away.

He started out as the assistant manager of trim and became the  VP of Operations for a well known National  I have identified several small lots and a few larger pieces the value is mind blowing.  

I am not an attorney and I could blow multiple holes through that augment.
