If they fed is going to hilocopter $1200+ per adult then the 'I can't pay' excuse goes down.And to the "It's just all about the money with you people" guy (don't remember his name, not worth looking up). 

. $25.00 minimum plus $1.00 per month per pound adult weight over 20 pounds is not unheard of.

With vaccinations in full swing and most of the Adult populous in San Francisco already vaccinated, I think you will see less apprehension of a move out inspection. 

I have an investor client of our who is looking to buy an already licensed adult home in the greater puget sound area (Washington State).

I have spoken with the neighbors mother who lives with and provides for the adult daughter (the one doing the screaming) and they are oblivious to how people can’t just be understanding.

There may be delays caused by filing unemployment but they should get the additional $2,400 a month on top of their regular unemployment and they get $1,200 per adult and $500 per kid.

It is likely most people will continue to pay rent, and if any direct stimulus is given to "every adult"  a good chunk of that will go towards rent. 

Nearly all of ours our responsible young adults, who pay rent on time every month. 

If the number of adults is disproportionate to the usual accommodations then there's a good chance it's a party.  

They are adults and hopefully realize there is help available, as it’s been all over the news.
