Will Trump’s $300B for small businesses help Investors?

As we enter this uncertain period, one of the questions I’ve been thinking about is, what happens if my tenants stop paying rent?

In fact, I’ve already had two tenants let me know that their jobs have shut down. I believe The French Government has already issued statements, saying that people don’t need to pay their rent as well as taxes and insurance.

I’ve read in other forms about the security deposit idea, which is great, but that’s only if it lasts one month or less...

While the news keeps changing every hour, it seems that the US will be sending every American $2,000 and will allocate about $300B for small businesses.

Does anyone know if a portion of these funds

will be allocated to rental property owners?
