Generally speaking so this is not like wholesaling houses. which sellers will let wholesalers tie up a property with 50 bucks or 500 bucks.. the deals i buy I have to put up 100k in cash to start the process  How do students of Cody's provide proof of funds beforehand then?

But I know they should be able to either pop that duct line back out so it isn’t kinked, or cut our and replace it for a few hundred bucks, it’s just wireflex insulated ducting.

That is why leasing brokers like new develop deals where national tenant paying 40 to 60 bucks a foot in rent value for 200k plus a year in rent.A bigger question is WHEN the leasing fee is DUE.

We have a lot of 100 year old buildings in Milwaukee, most with no electric fan and often with a glassblock window in the shower - and even with that I do not see much mold.
