Has anyone else noticed a difference with VRBO?

They used to not allow STR except in a separate home, right? I was just looking for a rental for an upcoming trip and noticed that they now have rooms for rent as well as an RV.

The RV was parked next to a guys house with a 'clothing optional pool' but that's another story....

I don't think Vrbo knows about these room rentals.  Their site says they still don't allow shared spaces. https://help.vrbo.com/articles/What-is-HomeAway-s-policy-reg...  
But I also see a bunch of private rooms offered in the suggested ones below Tony's other bedrooms.  I even saw a listing that said you can have an in-room massage!  https://www.vrbo.com/3095954
I'm shocked that they aren't policing these things.
