Are there any local websites that folks are using in Houston to advertise or more improbably get responses on their rentals?

I am currently in Houston but moving to the Dallas area soon. 

You might check out Houston's Foreclosure sites and see if it's possible to pick one up there.  

Good Evening BP Members, I am trying to help out a home owner in a stressful situation and was wondering if there was any advice/thoughts on a buy and hold investor in the Houston area for this situation: Owner has a squatter in the home who refuses to leave.

In either case we know our cash flow will be impacted by the management fee which I guess is the cost of doing business.I have had some introductory conversations with MemphisInvest which plays in the Memphis, Dallas and Houston markets.
