Looking to Move to Dallas

Hi BP community. Thank you for all the great advice on this forum.

I am in final stages of acquiring my real estate license.

I am currently in Houston but moving to the Dallas area soon.

I have the flexibility/option to move anywhere in or around Dallas.

I am looking for suggestions on some areas around the greater Dallas area that one could consider as candidates in order to start a "real estate career".

I'm interested in your input regarding areas with higher levels of real estate activity now or in the future, or areas that are conducive in general for real estate sales agents to focus on.

Since I am not from this area, I will be keenly looking for any advice on which area to consider as a starting point.

Thanks in advance.

Plano-Frisco area is a fast moving, fast growing area. Overall I would stay north of I-30.
