Use a heavy mil plastic, overlap and tape the joints, turn the plastic up, and seal it to the walls.  

I always find it interesting to hear what others are doing and what works best for everyone.I had intended on holding a showing on a Saturday and scheduling times at 15 min intervals, knowing there would be some overlap.

Maybe there are overlapping business interests.

Not saying you cant do both, but soon your time will overlap big time and you will have to prioritize.I'd honestly become an expert in a few farm areas, door knock and market them, and become the go to listing agent in those areas.  

This can be overlapped with the 2 of 5 years, but both requirements need to be met.

If your local team wants to make $150k/year, and the out of town team wants 12%, find out if there is overlap to allow that to happen.  

We're a much smaller team at the moment, and all work fulltime jobs, but we're planning on having a big year in 2013.After acquiring hard money funding, and a few private money leads, were starting to ramp up our offers and are looking to do our first couple of overlapping deals (more than 1 flip at a time).

So you could have overlapping time here or you get to tac this on top of everything else.

It's a great program, we use Propstream everyday and they just rolled out a really nice update the other day which enhanced the program even more.Even though they have many overlapping features I'm looking to use both simultaneously. 

And there's overlapping responsibilities in some areas.If I were buying 100 doors, I may not need all the employees that come with it.
