Hi everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm Kate from Raleigh-Durham, NC and am new to Bigger Pockets.

I've always been interested in real estate, and just got my license as a Realtor. I'm want to work with investors as a wholesaler until I get to the point where I can invest myself. I have one rental property which has been great and has taught me a lot.

Hope everyone here is having a great night!

Hey @Kate Pierse welcome to the BP family! I'm in the RDU area also & a newbie investor. Co-sign what @Jacob A. suggested about checking out The Ultimate Beginner's Guide To Real Estate Investing. I find myself re-reading it almost daily. I might also suggest you read Jacob's first flip thread if you're interested in flipping as it is a very helpful thread with lots of good info.

Also check out the TREIA meetings as @Ricky A. suggested as the vast amount of knowledge shared there along with the networking opportunities are invaluable.

Last but not least, check out The Truth About Wholesaling since you mentioned that's something you want to do. Best of luck to you in your endeavors and again welcome to BP!
