You are looking for patterns in the payment history, any collections, evictions and outstand debt. 

No one has a crystal ball, and much can change in politics and economic policy before then to delay or accelerate the time table, but a pattern that's been going on for 200 years is a pretty safe bet if you ask me.

This is more prevalent if you are in our boat and have the marbles to buy houses site unseen out of market, but be careful when you have a motivated seller and pull a house up at 1900 sq/ft and see a $ per sq/ft that you make work in your ARV*.7-rehab value.

I seem to remember the map getting updated about once a month, but now I don't see a pattern.  

If you do not change your behavior you can expect this pattern to continue.

May I suggest that you drive by the areas and check your route(s) to the subways or buses; check on numerous weekdays, as commuter patterns are somewhat different.  

In which case go over the floor diagonally, or criss cross pattern type thing to help remove and level the floor.

Sometimes you'll find complaints & violations in this file -- look for a pattern of long-term issues and/or neglect.Check out the flood maps and see if it is on a flood plain.
