Just a word of caution on relying on long term vendor warranties these guys retire they die they go out of business.. nice to have but to think you have it made in the shade with their warranties can be wishful thinking.  

I think the trim should be a different color to look the most clean and fresh  - preferably a shade of white in a semi gloss - flat or eggshell in a darker color for the walls.   

In the past, I have opened the window shades and put a list in the window of the updates and features of the house.
