Mold on vinyl siding
I just receive a call from my banker. It seems the real estate appraiser said there was Mold on the vinyl siding and I might need to get an environmental assessment of the property to determine how to remove the mold.
Okay Vinyl siding does not get moldy…ever. That is why we use it for siding. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? I’m pulling my hair out.

power wash it
we have a lot of trees & every year we need to power wash the black residue the trees deposit on the siding & cement patio. Even the Trex decking is covered in it.
