Listen buddy i totally disagree with you. 

We underwrite 3% management fees while I have heard some of my residential buddies tell me that they underwrite 10% management fees.

A buddy of mine said he got hit with PA inheritance taxes on a couple of houses he recently bought at sheriff sale where the owner was deceased.

Singapore I stayed at the Sands the one that looks like a ship on top.I am going to Japan in June.. so my buddy I am visiting there was pulling up air bnb  but those are dinky little places in Tokoyo and who knows how they smell beds looked horrid.. or I can use my points and stay at the Conrad for free.But then again I am not travelling with a brood.. just my wife and I.. and for sure would look at it for ski trips.

Thank you for the insight as I believe I am more leaning towards living in the home and renting out the other 2 BR to my buddies.
