Can you invest in Real Estate when you are young?

Hey BP,

I'm 16 and still in high school and one day I picked up "How to Invest in Real Estate" by by the founders of the site were on right now. The book made me interested in Real Estate because up to that point I thought that the only option for investing was stocks and bonds. It was cool learning about all the strategies like flipping, wholesaling, and lots of others, but after reading it though I was kind of stuck. Me still being in school and not having enough capital or credit to go out and do most of the stuff. Most people in high school really don't think about money or investing so there are not really a lot of resources for people like me out there. If you guys have any thoughts or advice let me know.
