First Wholesale Lead
Hi everyone, I am just beginning as a Real Estate Investor (wholesaling). I recently obtained my first seller lead from a direct mailer. Problem is seller is asking for retail price value, about twice as much as I want to purchase for. What should I do? Seller not that motivated? Should I just walk away?

I agree. When the numbers don’t work. The deal won’t work. Plenty more out there!
