That’s not a good sign.Not knowing anything about them did you check with the state to make sure they are a registered company and if they are raising $ did you check to see if they had a fund or any accreditation’s?

Biggest advantage of getting listed is sheer weight of numbers of accredited investors already on the platform actively looking for somewhere to invest.
