Renting to post graduates on a first time job

I have two applicants that both just graduated college a few weeks ago from an accredited school. They both worked during college either via jobs or internships. 

According to their applications they started their first official jobs not even a month ago. 

How would you go about renting to these first time people? Would you require parents as a co-signer for the first year?
