I understand how anxiety-producing it is when the owner of your home decides to sell--the reason I own my home right now is because the the landlord where I was living decided to sell, and with 2 dogs and 2 cats, I never wanted to be in that position again.

@Bill Plymouth First off, I’m glad you posted this, I have a feeling it’s a topic not discussed enough on professional forums.For me personally, it is anxiety, not depression, I’m definitely not an expert in this field, but I think it’s likely they have similar remedies.It’s already been mentioned several times and I couldn’t agree more that working out hard and consistently is the most helpful.Other things that help me are going out of my way to be more social then I feel like being, talking to people will typically calm me down.Cutting down or cutting out alcohol.Staying as busy as humanly possible, even being pissed off about losing a good deal will shake the anxiety loose and get the juices flowing.
